I have placed an order through a shopping app, and this courier service was incharge of the delivery of the product. On 9th April they called me 3times and unfortunately I couldn’t attend the call. So I rescheduled it for the next day. They called me and I took the call, there was no answer. I was repeatedly saying “HELLO,HELLO” but no answer. I called them back , but they just declined the call. Before starting a company or a venture, you must know how to behave to a customer.! Very disappointed.

When I attend the delivery person's call, there was no response from their side. Completely mute. I tried calling back but it turned out to be a totally faulty automated phone system. It asked me to input the pin and regardless of multiple attempts, it always said the pin was incorrect. This kept happening for 3 days. I had to track the office and manually pick up my parcel.

First of all executives aren't responsible of their duty. Since february I was trying to return three products. No one has come to pick the products from here. Even today an executive called me but he told that he can't come today to take the product. He postponed it after two days as per his convenience by not even asking my convenience. Totally disappointed with this kind of behaviour. At least keep a responsible person as your staff.
