I CANT FIGURE OUT WHY A COMPANY Like AJIO has partnered with dumb organization like them. ECON doesn’t have a customer service number and the one that is listed on site is out of order. They are looting money from people by placing orders. Such companies should be banned in India. Shame on them !!!!!

I gotta a SMS today for return pickup for Max Kurta set at 12.52 pm. I called the agent what could be the possible time he would pick up, he told me 6 pm to 7 pm. I get a SMS telling that as the customer was not available, the pick up failed. If there is some unexpected reason, don't use convenient reason to blame the customer. Along with your brand you are taking MAX brand down. Negative rating for the agent. Plz check.

Worst couriee service in India, never ever opt for ecom express, it will never deliver your shipment, my shipment was booked through shiprocket prepaid on March 4th , and expectes to deliver by March 14th however it reached at nearest delivery centre on March 19th , almost everyday we followed with call centre, number os complaints registered but all in vain, finally it was at delivery centre and person is not delivering in last 6days, finally we have to go and collect, worst services from ecom express, it should be banned from courier business.... Worst worst and worst 👎 organization, cheaters

there is no option to give review below 1 star, otherwise I do so, their service is pathetic, my parcel is with them for 5 days and once I reached their they assure me to deliver next day. But delivery person asked me to come 3 km from the actual delivery location. I was unable to go as I was in meeting, then he update order undelivered, I was trying to call them several times but they didn't answer. Please don't use their service

Worst courier service, I have come across. My parcel reached this delivery center on 13th Dec. There was no attempt made by the courier agency to deliver. On 27th Dec I logged a complaint with their call center, who promised delivery with in 24 hrs but again to no avail. Finally I decided to locate the delivery center today on 29th Dec and collected my shipment physically. The delivery center was in a mess with undelivered parcels lying scattered for weeks. There is no one responsible to speak to. The guy who attended me today seemed very junior and naive, even to understand the basics of professionalism. There was no point of any complaint or discussion with him. After a random search I collected my parcel and left the place. I am wondering in today's times how they have such unprofessional service proposition, leaving the customers suffer? There should be an option to give Zero stars/ negative rating for this kind of service.

Worst service! Unfortunately I am upset there is no minus star rating. A parcel is lying at their delivery center since past 3 days and the due date of delivery was 15th Dec. I am writing this on the 18th when I couldn't contact them over phone. Call gets disconnected as soon as we select the required language. The seller of the product is lazy enough, the logistics partner Exim Express complements the seller!
