Worlds most worst courier company. My order (awb no-622615596) is at the nearest delivery centre from 10days. I called the customer service daily and they shameless tells me daily that your order will be delivered within 48 hours but 10 days are gone nothing happened. The customer service is totally useless and the courier company is totally worst. PLEASE DONT SHIP ANYTHING WITH ECOMEXPRESS OR SHIPROCKET. They are doing fraud with customers. I am looking to file a case against this useless company

Although they are delivering our consignment at our address but in case if we need it earlier we can collect from this place 3. They have computerised system of placing different consignment 4. They try to reduce the timing of every consignment Cons 1. It's difficult to reach here by four wheeler 2. Sometimes they get late in the delivery of consignment Rest all one can give it a try.
