Pathetic experience. No help from customer care. My location is near Talcher thermal. After paying Rs.75 for delivery charge , still I am not getting my product at my door step . That delivery boy told me every time to come and pick the product on the location , which is 4KM away from my location and saying we are not service to your location . Idiots Why have you accept the product to delivery then And He just cancelled my product too .Let me tell you we ordered the product online , so that we can get it at our door step during pandemic And one more thing I have the call recording of the delivery boy as evidence, which I am gonna share everywhere
