Their 5 stars and 4 stars are bot like reviews, totally paid, or forced friends. Lol, have some spine and be just a little bit professional, even a sloth crawling from state to state can deliver the parcel better and faster than you. Its been a month they have my parcel with them, or i dont know if they gifted it to their wives or what. Who knows. If you just want to earn and not deliver the service, go beg somewhere near squares or temples, you want be asked a question and given 10rs for your pathetic miserable life. Here take 1 star from me. I have this much only for now for you.

The delivery was one day earlier but I had to go 20 km away from my address to get the parcel because the delivery guy said it was big box so he can't deliver it on his bike so my friend took the delivery there and with my friend I went there and took the parcel to my home. Overall good delivery and also I understand the point delivery guy and also I did want my parcel to be damaged so I agreed to get it deliver to other adress which was near the delivery centre of ecom

the worst service by Ecom Express. Most of the times their delivery staff update fake remarks like wrong address or customer unavailable and mislead the consignee and the consignor both. If they really want to be a leader in this industry they must mprove their delivery services. They must remove such area pin codes where they can't deliver. If the option "zero star" was available I would have selected the "zero star" for their poor services.
