The best courier service to receive parcels. I've been receiving most of my online orders from Ecom for the past couple of months. They are always on time and I always receive the parcel within a day of its arrival. The executives are very responsive to the phone calls.

They have no address to their local office, no contact number. So we can’t reach them in person. They won’t call us to enquire about our location for delivery, but update as “Undelivered” , “Unable to locate address”. If we try calling their call centre, an automated system will reply “call from registered number”. I’m still waiting for my product to be delivered, even days after the supposed date of delivery. Also I’ve written to the brands which send their products via this pathetic courier service, not to use them anymore.

My parcel was delivered before 4 days without contacting me simply they updated the system that my address is wrong. When I called the customer care they are giving some other reason and not providing the contact number, I could have collected directly. Very poor service

Today I have waited whole day for my package.then I try to track my package and they have uploaded that customer decline the delivery, i don't even get a call from them and then I tried to call the give number and they are not picking up, too bad.There is no response from the delivery person. I hate this. The one star is to much for them..
