Delivery people always tries to avoid home delivery, they will call us at their convinient place and will handover materials to anyone without checking identification. Another observation is Material handling is very poor, Material packaging is either damaged or found open. Company should train their manpower on issues like material handling and importance of home delivery.

Ecom should withdraw their frenchisee from them. Third grade service. Minus rating should be given to them. They are very worst. 3rd class courier services in Satara. They never honour given timeline. Pathetic service, their courier guy just called but did not go to my home which is very near by to their office. If your home is far then forget if he is going to deliver you in time. Useless courier and very unprofessional.

My lenskart courier arrived at this courier on 5th Aug 2019 but till 10th of Aug 2019 not delivered. Instead every day pushing message "delivery attempted but not delivered due to storm, flood/ strike". It's surprising since 5th Aug 2019 no heavy rain at satara at all. It's taking disadvantage of flood situation of Karad , kolhapur and sangli and holding deliveries. Worst service, they does not leave their proper address, telephone, mobile number so concern person may contact and collect themselves. They should be penalized with sever punishment/ prosecution. Lens kart people also not co operate to provide contact number of this company. The customer support number does not work, and if we succeed to contact them they does not provide local person number or office address. They are not eligible for even 1 star rating. Shame on their system, and their attitude.

Worst experience ever. The person named sunil palekar the delivery boy was so rude. No politeness was served. We have got the name of rahul ahire on our mail as he is the delivery boy for that day to bring our orders but he wasnt answering the call. Though the address was correct he was claiming that it is wrong. I have received many orders until now on the same address. And this company is not able to get that. If delivery boys does not know the address please dont keep them for work. And yet we have not received our order since 2 days. We have been told to collect the order from the office. Not at all happy.
