Delivery boy named mohammad abith is very worst forcing us to give our phone to him or asking us to send the feedback link to his number .forcing us to come and get the parcel from 2nd floor. recently now he rejected the pickup telling that there should be 3 jeans in the parcel when i recieved only 1 jean from meesho ..when i raised complainnt to meesho theru apologized telling that it wont happen again and will take action against the delivery boy

So very disappointing. I am a small business owner, and I've sent the shipment to my client on 1st feb. The shipment reached this destination hub on 11th of feb, but then, no damn updates about the shipment. They didn't try to contact my client. Zero delivery attempt and it's been 5 days now. I had to call Shiprocket for esaclating the delivery and I personally had to call my client and asked her to visit this place. So annoying. I am never ever going to send my product through this courier. Also, I've read the reviews here and let me clarify one thing as a seller. This Ecom Express was the only courier available to send shipments to Salem. I generally work with Delhivery Surface and Blue dart, but the options weren't available for Salem. Rest, courier services like this one will ruin every small business out there.
