They don't even call for return and exchange. So many items I didn't returned my orders I wasted time and money. Even they don't come to door step . If you ordered something you have to go to them.

Please cancel the order, if you have ordered anything from flipkart or amazon & they are sending it though Ecom Express. 2-3 times the product don't reach to me & showed that it's delivered. I got the refund from flipkart/amazon but I have to waste 8-10 days for a product.

This is worst service I ever seen. They are very rude to the customer and do not deliver products on time and if the delivery date is over then send a message that we are unable to deliver the product, that you are not available in home.. Is this fair?? I am just tired to complain against this ecom staffs..

They are very lazy you have to reach to them if you have ordered something. Many times without reaching to me they send a message that your order can't be delivered today sighting out reason that as you were not present. Thatswhy they are the worst of all.
