Ecom express especially shadnagar is a very very very worst service. You had received the product from meesho and you didn't delivered the product to customer. whether the customer is available you had mentioned has customer is unable to receive the product , it is very wrong statement. I had a reverse pick up of club factory by ecom express i have called hundred times but even after more then seven days this corrupt courier company had not picked up my product and keep sending reschedule messages saying customer asked to reschedule where as not even ones they contacted me from local shadnagar office ,when they are just located 10minutes away from me.Shame on ecom frauds.you deserve a police complaint.
