Very bad service. They keep delaying the delivery for 2-3 days each time. Costumer care service of Ecom is also hopeless....all they do is tell us to "have patience"!

Most pathetic courier/delivery service that I have ever come across in my life. I am very surprised that Amazon even considers this fraud company for their delivery of products. The agent calls up and says that he cant deliver. Then sends an update that the item was undelivered because I was unavailable. Absolute trash of a delivery company. The person on the phone was very rude too. Amazon, please avoid this fraudulent company.

Horrible service, they lied about trying to deliver my parcel and returned my parcel stating my address and pin code do not match. However if you google the address, the pin code matches the address. The seller has been informed about their unethical business practice and i genuinely hope some action is taken.
