Pathetic service. Lazy people, incompetent with their jobs. Parcel not delivered for days leading to cancellation despite repeated calls to them. The location has also shifted to convoy road near Aditya Assam Press which has not been updated on google maps. Their customer care numbers are also faulty with the automated system not leading to any resolution except cancellation. Only for sales their customer service number works where they don’t share any information regarding parcels or anything.

What sort of unprofessional service is it. Just yesterday, the delivery executive called me and assured me that my parcel will be soundly delivered by today. But contrary to the assurance made, when I tracked my order due to non delivery, I could see that it was returned to the supplier. What sort of rubbish service is it. If you aren't able to perform the agreement, why to accept it then? And a good advice to the authorities. Please change your delivery executives. Keep Persons with professional responsibility.

One star, Actually this rtrded thing deserves no star. I got call today and it showed PAYTM on my phone so I did not received it. Next thing they did was send me a text saying address is Unlocatable. All the delivery agencies have no problem delivering parcels to my address. But this rtrded agency does. EKart don't even call, they just come and deliver. I have prepaid the parcel price. I will be visiting this rtrded agency today. Let's see how they behave. I will record it and post it.

Higher authorities of the company should look into the dysfunction of Dibrugarh branch So many people are suffering due to there unprofessional behaviour without contacting the customer they just cancelled the order Recently i hv faced the same issue nd this time, they hv again delayed and misrouted my parcel So irresponsible Again I'm saying the higher authorities of the company should look into the matters and if they are unable to maintain the function then they should close the branch

Worst ecommerce courier. The shipment was already late for 2 days during in-transit. When it reached Dibrugarh hub they kept the product in the hub for another 3 days.Want to ask ecom why have you kept the shipment hold for 3 days in Dib Hub...are you expecting the products will hatch eggs. Worst part is their customer care is just in paper. If you call the number always shows busy. If it rings no one will respond. Finally I had to cancel my order as I cannot tolerate any logistic company to hold my shipment for 3 days. I have clearly notified Flipkart,Amazon and Lens kart if you ship products via ecom or Delhivery logistics, I will cancel my orders.These two companies are worst logistic company.
