@ecom express actually care If we give any reviews here??! They have sent back last 5 couriers I had from Flipkart in 2 months time!... I wonder how they have become a courrier company assosiated with Flipcart!.... People check " Ecom express thirthalli " in google to give 1 star! However ecom express doesnt care as they are in an urge of shutting down their business.

Always tranfer the product to Hosanagara via other routes like Manglore or Bangalore, where as they can easily deliver to Mastikatte which is near to Thirthahalli (Less than 30 KM).

They have sent back atleast 20 to 25 couriers I had from Flipkart in 2021. Play a lot of tactics of not sharing the pin number for a call back option, just call and stay quiet for 12 seconds and hang up, ask us to come to their office to collect etc... Had a terrible time with them.

If you are searching for Ecom Express Thirthahalli in google, the chances are - you are searching them to give 1 star. They do not deserve half a star - that's different story. I do not understand how these people became the Amazon delivery partners. They call to your cell phone and they do not speak anything. They wait for you to cut the call. When you cut the call, they update the delivery status as 'Delivery attempted, but customer not available. Rescheduling delivery'. Then you call the Amazon Customer center and explain them what happened! Amazon guy ask you to calm down and wait for next two days. The very next day you will get call from Ecom and the its the same story again. But now the delivery Status changed to 'Delivery attempted, but customer refused to take delivery'. The most UNETHICAL Amazon Delivery Partners till date.
