Pathetic delivery and customer service. Your agent did call my dad today morning. The agent was very rude, used profanity language and he said he can’t deliver the product. My dad had to face a very bad service from your end. It’s absolutely shameful that your team isn’t trained to speak well with the customers.

This is a very very poor courier company that I have ever experienced. They will cancel the courier without any intimation. They mention in the tracking details that, customer refused or delayed and they will lose the item. Very poor.

I was supposed to get the order on 10th September. I have still not received it and there is no communication regarding the delay. Also, when we call the customer care, they do not have any contact with the local hub where the order is stuck. Not only the service is pathetic but the communication regarding the delay and the customer care response is also horrible.

Such a horrible and inefficient courier company. They are cancelling the order on their own wish by mentioning that customer cancelled the order. They will provide some useless pin number which hardly works. Don't know why amazon is sticking to this courier. They have to change their courier company if they don't want to loose customers.

This is the 5th time i have this terrible experience with ecom xpress ,they keep your package to their store for no reason, Such unprofessional service. The last time 3 had to go get from the delivery office, which is 20 km from my place ,Forth time, they returned to the seller without notice. Fraudster service. Amazon and other online services should stop engaging with this particular agency in Kuttyadi otherwise it may affect your reputation

Worst courier service. The product reached in to the nearest 'Ecom Express ' of my place. They sends me a text that the product will be delivered today, and also they contacted me. On that day they didn't contacts me again and also they sends me a message that we unable to deliver your product. The whole day i awaits for my product. Why you're doing like this.

The courier has been kept in their warehouse for more than 2 weeks and then cancelling and returning the courier back to the seller without contacting the customer. Also the customer support is quite hard to get. The customer support number and pin shared for delivery always gives wrong pin message. Moreover it is impossible to contact the delivery persons as well. Pathetic and unprofessional service. Deserves 0 stars or less.

Very pathetic service. They hold my package for 5 days without any call or even a message.I called amazone customer care they cant do anything because courier is selected by the seller. Every e com center have very poor rating. In my case, after finding the number of ecom perambra, they said.. It will take 3 days more. I took my vehicle and collected the order. Very bad... Really very bad service. You gyz didn't deserve even a 1 star rating. Please choose other services otherwise it will be a headache for you 🙏
