The delivery agents don't deliver the products at home address instead they give excuses and ask the customer to pick up the product from the office itself. And if the customer denys to pick up the product from the office then they simply return the product saying that the customer is not available or willing to take the product. Shameless ECOM EXPRESS GOSSAIGAON. I wish I could have given a NEGATIVE review.

They never make call, we have to visit courier center as we get message our order items has been reached, last week my order is being returned, as I thought they will make a call, as I was busy in my personal schedules couldn't visit the center, I have experience many times before.
