They will take forever to transit your courier. And do yourself favor by visiting their delivery center at Bejai and picking it up yourself once you self track your package. They will be happy to give it to you. You will never get a proper call or home delivery if you sit waiting for it.

Guys even I had same bad experience. What I did is I asked the courier guy to give his Mangalore address when he came to deliver my product. So if anyone wants to collect courier from their Office itself. U can go to Ecom express, bejai museum, opposite shell petrol pump.

The worst online delivery products. They have just wrapped the old used item . That to I have booked for the combo of 3 items kurthas for 499 but I just got 2 used products that too material is worst which is just to throw it to the dustbin.. This was just a scam and this kind of business should completely banned and also be punished.

The Worst service among all courier agencies. Reasons : The number used to call customers are spam numbers. They don't even bother to call from other numbers. They don't have customer care facility. So it is impossible for us to contact from our end also. They won't even come to location but simply mention customer is not available and reject the delivery.

It shows that the package is delivered but the package isn't delivered yet!! Shipment was given to the courier service on 13 august(it's 28 of August when I'm writing this)They just keep on rescheduling the pickup. It took this long to reach the package from Bangalore to Mangalore. And still they hav not delivered the package.It's the second time I'm facing this issue.Very poor service! Dont go for this !

My courier was out for delivery since October 2 but till date no delivery attempts was made.if we call customer care they promise us saying they will deliver the order by 5pm .everyday I have to call and ask , I have called them thrice today thy promised me that they will deliver today, now when I call ECom exp they’re saying that I’m out of station n rescheduled for tomorrow, how they can assume I’m out station,n the customer care executive has no decency he just hang up the call. The second day was the day to be delivered but they didn't deliver the package. When I called the company, they don't ever have the number of the delivery driver.
