Good and bad experience. If it is a small item they will make the delivery fast. (Bike delivery). If it is a little big item they will force you to collect it from their godown even it was door step delivery packege. And they are sending back the product to the manufactror with out a genuine reason except NEGLECT. Morning you will get messege "the packege will be deliverd today" but evening you will get messege. "Your packege was attempted for delivery. Re-attempt will be don as your request". It's just play by the management or staff.

After 7 days sitting at the Mananthavadi delivery point, when I go there and inquire, I am told that the rain is being delivered only in Aond town. I don't even have the courtesy to call this on the phone. There is no number to call there. If possible why do they take delivery

Very poor and disappointing agents. Not deliver at proper time. Actually they want to deliver me 3 products. But they didn't deliver to me. They cancelled my product themselves without asking me. When I complaint about it they didn't respond properly.

Poor service. Not delivering courier for last one week and the reason for not delivering mentioned is that " Customer refused to accept" . How they can mention this reason without making even single call to the customer. POOR SERVICE. IRRESPONSIBLE STAFF !!!!

Service is not that good. They rarely delivers the product in the first attempt. Takes 2 or 3. The problem with this is that if you were not available for just the one attempt for which they actually contacted you, your return request will be rejected. Happened to me before
