Worst delivery service ever. They didn't contact me. Put wrong status. Bad behaviour. And returned product without any intimation. Either they need to change themselves or the seller need to change them as their delivery partner. They r just taking the advantage of unavailability of delivery services in this area. Horrible experience. I sincerely hope they check the reviews atleast.

Very very bad service. They don't deliver at doorstep. Even they don't solve customers' complaints. And they behave with customers like Prime minister. I think head of this Kandi branch also not monitor properly the branch. Because when I complaint against ekart courier service, they solve the problem immediately, though ekart is always a good cooperator. It is my request to ecom branch Kandi, please do improve your service because consumers have to suffer because of your bad service.
