This is the worst courier company that I have ever seen. Seems like some fraud. As you can see from the reviews, most people have not received the item. I found out their warehouse with lot of difficulty and found my package there. They refused to handover sightling issue of OTP. Seems like they are doing some sort of malpractise behind the courier business.

I had a courier reached at their office at Alappuzha on 7/11/2021, and since it ws sunday i thot they might bring it on monday. Bt wen i checked in the evening, its seen that they have redirected it to madurai without even contacting me. How can they do it? Nobody has called me. I tried to contact them on monday morning itself bt nobody is responding on any of the numbers and also the call just gets disconnected sometimes. They dont even have a proper number for contact. If they cant even contact the customer or give the parcels correctly then whats the use of keeping such a courier service? I think this should be dealed in consumer court or informed police for such fraud services. Such horrible experience. Actually i found that they have so much bad reviews all over the net..

Poor service. They didn't delivered my ajio couriers. Someone is calling me from here and as I pick up the phone the call get hold and disconnected. Also I'm not able to connect them because they provide wrong PIN number. It has been five days more than the delivery date ,still not delivered the shipment. 👎👎👎
