The guy jo product wapas lene aaya tha even he doesn't know baat kese krte hai having that video also which i made and upload soon if usne return product k sath ched chad ki toh. Worst courier service I have ever seen. The executive don't deliver parcel and shows address not available after that cancel order. It happenes to me every time .ecart is better than e-commerce.i will give 0star to it. Ecom express should be strict with the workers...earlier ecom express was a good service but now its very bad. It should hire good and honest worker only.

Very bad service no one contacted me but the parcel showing delivered. Done complain about the phone number they provide but no solution. Total fraud your Jhajjar centre management. I know you have record of call placed to customer or not but still seems management and delivery boy both doing fraud collectively .
