I went to ecom just recently. I had to take one of my products which I had bought from Flipkart. But they did not give me the product because they did not get the product. Meaning the goods are with ecom since 4 days and they were saying that they are not getting it. And I still haven't found the same. The staff there was also not helpful.

I had ordered a guitar and they refused to deliver me to my hostel. So, i reached their office where all the items to be delivered are dispatched. I paid the amount for my package only to carry the guitar in a bus to 26 kms by myself. Paid extra money for thr fare. For thr guitar. Guess what. The guitar was broken already. I had to return the guitar. The packaging was already tored because the way they carry the package. Even if it's fragile.
