Close the Service If you can't Deliver the Parcel.. Very Unprofessional, Actually Fraud!! I haven't received my order which was supposed to Be delivered on 16th of September......when my order Arrived, the Delivery boy Named Gopal Chettri called Me to Deliver my order at around 7pm...he called and Asked me about my address and wh I explained him he told he doesn't have any Idea abt it and Still asked OTP...after I gave the OTP the delivery message came and from then onwards his call is unavailable and I haven't received my order till now....

Worst delivery franchise of Ecom Express, They simply return our orders without even bothering to contact us. Shame on them, to be honest their franchise should be cancelled for the good of customers in and around the area of Rangpo.

Worst experience no name display board in premises, hard to locate. They accept deliver good out of delivery zone and they return the goods alonly harass the customer.

Had to collect the item from the this place since they refused to deliver it to our address. They did not even care to inform this at first place, its because we enquired further we got to know about it. The item is not very big and heavy that it cannot be delivered. Poor delivery service.
