We ll file a case against this courier service and will close it permanently. More than 2 weeks crossed still my parcel not delivered, what this guys doing keep our parcels in their hub. My product is not delivered and it's updated as delivered. Delivery boy absconded with the product. Unable to reach him. When raised complaint they asked me to wait 72 hours, then 48 hours and then 24 hours and still no action taken from their end. They are not able to share the contact details of delivery person. Very shameful act from ecom express. Worst ever delivery. Don't trust these people.
