I ordered some medicines from netmeds and the order was prepaid. On delivery day, i missed the call from delivery guy. Tried calling back but the call declined saying wrong pin. This happened twice. Very disappointing As fas as Medicines are concerned, negligence are not accepted.

Worst experience . They dealay the date of orders especially of low cost items even if it's prepaid. Staff was the worst when I visited there . They delayed my order more then 5 days .and in flipkart app it was showing delivered. They didn't even contact me once for delivery . because of delay issue I personally have to visit there and had to took my order.

Worst experience... They don't deliver the orders on time and one more thing is that they refused the delievery by themselves and send the product back to the supplier without even letting us know... This has happened to me twice... The delievery boy didn't even reach my door and refused the order by himself saying I wasn't available and later when I asked them to deliver it to me on very next day, they again fake stated saying I wasn't available to take the calls... If you can't afford to deliver the parcels on time just leave this business and go sell fruits or veggies

I had order from snapdel and after four days when i search office of E com Express that time i collected order from there office and i had paid there delivery charges it was a verry bad experience that to collect my order i have to travel 30 km . Its worst
