The worst service delivery service I’ve ever come across. The delivery agent was brazen enough to ask for otp ( on the phone call) without delivering the parcel saying he will deliver it a day later if I give him the otp now and when denied the same, started to talk back saying he won’t deliver it and to collect it from their office, later he went on to show an error in my delivery address. I had register a complain on Nykaa to get the delivery done. I wish I could give zero stars for such a service.

I don’t know why companies like amazon and flipkart has to send our couriers from ecom when they have their own transportation services Delivery boys in ecom here don’t have manners how to talk to customers. Mannerless fellows. I would have named the fellow but at last he came to deliver the order with some trash talking on phone! Pathetic services! I usely send a lot of couriers to friends and sister out of Himachal, and will never chose e-commerce again!
