Very unresponsive service. It's so disappointing, if the customer missed the call of delivery guy then they can't call him back. Also they don't give real-time SMS updates. Once I missed the call, I'd been calling him back but the call didn't connect. I was waiting for my parcel and what did they do next? They sent me a text saying that my order was not delivered because I refused to accept it. Seriously, what the!?
