I have never witnessed such horrible service from this branch. Extremely disappointed. I didn't get any call from the delivery guy and he cancelled my delivery as well as return request. I purchased something from meesho for gifting purpose but after the product reached Hojai (2 days back) I didn't receive my parcel. They didn't call me (after I rescheduled my return) and cancelled it more than twice. Worst worst worst service. And also they are least friendly and helpful to their customers.

There services is pathetic Specially in Hojai They don't deliver the product on Time Even though if the product is in Hojai & One time they returned my product from Hojai They called me After 3 days I don't even got my product For that reason i have gone there to collect my product unfortunately they returned that 😑

Worst courier service ever. My repaid parcel was marked as delivered on 26th October but I didn't get my parcel. When complaint to customer service they told to solve the issue in 48 hours. Its 3rd November now and no news of it. If you play games with prepaid orders this way very soon there'll be legal action against you ecom, hojai branch. If the delivery boys can't deliver the package why are they kept in service this only spoils the image of your courier service.

Ecom should be more friendly to their customers. Once I purchased some products from Amazon. The product was successfully delivered to me through the delivery boy but I didn't get the delivery message. Instead of getting delivery confirmation I had got undelivered message. While I rang to the delivery boy he pretend if he doesn't know anything. But he played the trick to fraud the money. Then I talked to Amazon customer service center. They informed me that this kind of issues often happens only from the Ecom express. Hope you will think about it.

In any products order when it is given as shipping charge free , means it should be free anyway. But the delivery boy is charging for himself excusing that he comes far away from hojai to hamren and Which is really disappointing. So, i hope that from now ownwards it should not repeated.
