Terribly poor service. The delivery person did not make any call, did not recieve my calls and the parcel wasn't delivered on time. They postpone the delivery without even contacting the consignee. It's a nightmare contacting them. Worst service ever.

I have received parcels from so many courier services but never in my life experienced such poor services. Delivery man doesn't sit well for his job. Could be a nice philosopher. Didn't receive otp even after showing proof Didn't receive my parcel. Nor received any cooperation from the customer care. Third class service.

The delivery person isn't even trying to contact me from the past two days, and I get an sms that my address is unlocatable. Haven't experienced such a pathetic service by any other courier service provider.

I guess they have the worst service. I had ordered medicines from medlife which was supposed to be delivered by Ecom Expeess. My order was a paid order, but they this courier service demanded for a COD to be made ,else they wouldn't deliver the medicines. I have never seen such a horrible courier service before who can be behave in such an irresponsible way even with medicine order. Staffs are extremely non-cooperative and also do not care about delivering products on time.
