Didn't call, didn't deliver. And then I get a notification that delivery was attempted, but it never was. And this is the 5th time that stuffs I order are being returned to the seller, even without a re-attempt for delivery!! If your staffs are too lazy to deliver the items, the least you can do is give us a call, I would have come picked up my stuffs myself. The delivery never being attempted and always returned for the 5th time in a row is freaking disappointing and disgusting!! At least be honest in your trade.

Unprofessional and very very poor service ! For two days they sent me text messages in the morning stating they'd deliver the product. But they didn't even attempt to reach out those two days. False hope, wasting my time forcing big scheduling inconvenience. Now, tomorrow is the third day ! Are they gonna lie again ? There's no accountability with them. No one to even call. No wonder many people are frustrated with their service. Ecom express, shape up or ship out !!!!

please do not use this courier service for anything. this is a disgrace to all courier services all around the world. if they had asked us to come collect it instead of giving false hope of delivery, it would be more acceptable
