I was there when the delivery agent came to the house, only because otp came to another phone number( it was my husband's number and he was on duty) , the delivery agent told that he couldn't deliver and took it back. He also told that he couldn't reattempt the delivery also . What ridiculous is this The worst couriee service i have ever seen

Not much satisfied service they provided. Even if you go to pickup your parcel they didn't find it. And asured you to delivered next day but didn't delivered after 9 days. Very worst experience
