Pathetic service...Ordered medical products from 1MG and Ecom Express happens to be the delivery partner...Placed an order on 28th August 2022 and the promised delivery date was between 1 and 3 September.... The package arrived my location in Goa at the Ecom Express office but i never received it...tried calling all mentioned number but couldn't get anyone to speak...as it's only a IVR which doesn't give a solution.... Finally had to cancel the order on 5th September.

I had 3 items to be couriered. Out of which, 1 item was misplaced during transit. The 2 other items were received very late. Pathetic. The photo attached shows that they delivered the outer thermocol packaging but the inner item(pram of my baby) was missing.

The worst courier service. I admit that we missed them on their first attempt. On the next two days they didn't even try to deliver but they lied that they had. I couldn't contact them on the phone so I had to spend an hour searching for their office and finally had to pick up the parcel myself.

This is a fraud courier... It delivers also from fraud online sites. I ordered one item frm a site n it came out to be a fraud. N now if I'm trying to contact these couriers, they also have given wrong number on Google. Fraudsters...
