I ordered a mi mobile worth 27,000 till it came at pune the status was showing to me but, when not came here they did not scanned my parcel so it was not showing the status to me, when i visited the ecom office i saw that they were sorting the parcels and they were throwing the parcels in the air, from here and there so i recommend not to send the fragile item, worst servicen they didn't even add a phone number even there customer care number is invalid

This is pathetic courier service. They mark order as delivered, never call you, never deliver the order, they want you to collect it yourself always. And yes, when you go to office they are unable to find your parcel. Stay away from this company !
