One of the worst experiences with this delivery service. Calling and asking to come near the main road which is a km away from my home (I work from home 10am to 7 pm). 2 times I had to goto their office and collect the parcel!!! 1 time I had to go to the main road in between my work to get the parcel. Giving excuses everytime saying they are less staffed or they don't go till the house if it's little interior!!! If they can't deliver to a place 1km away from main highway... What about interior places? Why do you take orders if you can't deliver it..? Disappointing experience from the get go...

They don't know how to treat customer's. They are acting like sponsors from their side. Not responsiveness for customer's complaints. They just pushed out me. I didn't ordered from any website. But I received one order and they are not ready to cancel or return i paid 1200. But no return money. Ecom people didn't give product.
