Worst experience. They will only call once and if we won't pick up they will send it back without trying again. It's supposed to be home delivery but these lads needs us to come there and pick up the item. Fraudsters. Had order some stuff in urgency these people send it back and says they called 4times and I didn't pick up. They don't even have number to contact. Pathetic.

Reattempt for failed delivery attempts is a major concern. Often the number agent try to reach us is a centralised line and hence we can't reach them back too. So it will be great help if agents contact number also can be given to the recipient to contact him.
