Ordered a watch from Titan, tracking showed it reached Adoor. Early morning I received a call asking for location, within few minutes i get a message that the delivery attempt was failed and i have to select another delivery date. Contacted the customer care they told me to contact ECOM express office. When I googled it, to my surprise the office is hardly 500m from my house. I went to the office, the delivery guy was about to start, i asked about the package he went in to pick the order rather than taking it out from the vehicle he was to leave in. Upon confronting, one guy says we are short staffed and the delivery guy says he was sorting it and was going to collect it. When I showed them the message, they say they didn't send that message. This is such sad experience. I wasn't surprised by the reviews this place got and comments. Such a bad service they are providing.

@Flipkart - Please terminate your contract and stop sending any product to ecom express adoor. I have never seen any such unprofessional courier so far. They don't have anyone to deliver products . Their usual practice is keeping products out for delivery without assigning delivery agent .Then they will return the product to seller after few days saying that customer not reachable .

One of the worst courier company. The shipment arrived kochi on 7th November, yet they were unable to deliever it, raised complaint tickets by calling up their customer service, multiple times. They said they have escalated the ticket and wouls deliver, yet they returned the shipment to the source on 19th November. Very unprofessional and incompetent courier service.

No call back number. No delivery agents number. They called from Ecom number. So can not call back. No number for the office also. So they deliver as per their convenience or return the item. Amazon delivered many times to my home. But these guys are declared that my home address is not traceable or address is not correct. My home is in front of a state road!
