These are real robbers.they do not have proper phone number or proper address.i had very bad experience.the delivery person wil call you once and within 1 second he will cut the call.if you call him back he will never attend the phone call and will put as address unreachable..if you see the Google reviews ,you can see that this same situation has happened to many people.i have decided to go to consumer court..i request the people to strongly react on this

Such a bad experience. These people don't deliver products. They simply keep it undelivered. They won't even call you. But update the status as couldn't deliver. I tried to go and pickup the product and there was no office in the given address. My home is just 4 kms away from them and they didn't deliver the product. Can't even give 1 star rating. For god's sake don't use this logistics service. Customer cannot even contact them.

Worst courier service.. bloody they have put status that they attempted to deliver and the person is unavailable. They didn't make a single call. Evening status comes as undeliverable. And when I call to enquire on this the guy is not able to communicate in any language. He disconnected my call . One star is given because without that I can't enter my review.. that also is more

I have no clue how these guys are operating. They did not even make an attempt to deliver my product but updated their delivery attempt online. This is to make their clients believe that they are making an effort but the truth is the people working here are completely useless and do not want to do their job. I would highly recommend to cancel your order when you see their name as the delivery partner. No regard for other peoples money and time. Will never respond to your calls and moreover don't even have a number that works. They will call you from their office telephone just to have a call record to justify themselves if any legal issues come up. They will tell they will deliver the next day and boom ..no response . That's all they do .. false promises. Infact when they called me they asked me to come and collect it from their office. This branch should be closed down immediately as the people working here are completely and i repeat the word "USELESS". Will be registering an official complaint with ecom express head office as well.

Very bad experience with Ecom Express koothuparamba. These guys dont even know how to deal with customers. Some inexperienced guy is dealing with customer, i can feel it on his first conversation through a call. He was talking like, " your consignment is nothing as compared to 3000 consignments a day". Then he told me like, "Im searching for your consignment, because it is missing due to corona related controlls on this area. If i got it, i will deliver it to you!!!!." I just wondered of these words. I have gone through the past reviews of Ecom, i couldnt even find a positive review below this !!!! 😐😐😐😐😐 Anyway we have booked through amazone. There is no use if i mess up with Ecom 😤.
