Very bad service from them. I only get call from them only once, and that's in Friday, I told them to delivery next day. Because I'm not in the place. After that I didn't get any call instead of that they just rescheduling my order until it's get cancelled Such a bad service

Your product will reach the final delivery station (kottakkal) and you may think it will deliver to you immediately like it came from the sender but once it reach kottakkal they will not do any action. They actually not having any delivery guys to deliver the product, after some days you can see the status returns to the seller. If you are near to kottakkal and your order is coming through Ecom express please cancel your order , your order will never deliver. If you try to call them you will never connect with the customer care executive. Some incomplete IVR system they have. And the kottakkal agency they will not publish their phone numbers anywhere. To the owner Ecom express kottakkal.
