In bbsr delivery agent think they are the boss of the company . Other company agent are very professional not like your company 👎👎👎👎

Absolutely worst service. I had ordered something from Nykaa and it was shipped 12 days back. The delivery agent hasn’t even called me and while tracking I got to know that there was failed attempts because of wrong pin code and address . The agent falsely said he was unable to deliver because I didn’t want the product. I never got a call or anything. I don’t know when on earth I will receive my product . They aren’t cancelling it , neither attempting delivery.

I got a message that my order is out for delivery. i called the delivery agent and asked to when he will come, he said he cant deliver now and it is at their center and will deliver tomorrow. the next day in the morning i got a message that the the delivery agent is unable to deliver for he cant reach the address after calling me. . But the didn't even called me once. And now the i cant even track my order as the AWB number given was showing invalid. very worst service.
