These guys are fraudsters. Do not use their service. They do not make any attempts to deliver the product. They generate OTP for shipment but make no attempt to deliver. This continues for days and then they return the product saying shipment delayed as per customer request despite your efforts trying to get your package everyday. These guys are the biggest scammers ever. Beware !!! If there was a negative rating I would have given that to them.

I was booked a product from Meesho, but the service from the delivery partner is very poor. yesterday and today we got an sms intimation showing the shipment is out for delivery, but no one is calling for delivering the shipment. and today received an sms as the product is undeliverable at my location. I was tried to contact them several time by the contact number given on received SMS., Even after entering the proper PIN number the prerecorded reply saying PIN is incorrect. However yesterday I was tried to pickup the package from Kottarakkara by evening 5.30, the Ecom Express delivery office was closed,Enquiring the nearby shops I got reply that they we're close the shutter by 4 o clock. They are not bothered about the end customer needs. Anyway my adress was not a remote rural area, all online shopping companies delivering the order with in a week. If Meesho or the concerned delivery partner is not ready to deliver at my address, then why did they allow me to book the shipment, and the worst thing is that if I need to cancel the prepaid shipment there is no option showing in the App

They are serious frauds. The courier returned the product without informing the customer. There is not even a number to give a complaint. Try to file a civil case as soon as possible.

The people here doesn't notify us when item has arrived, so i had to collect it from their office only to see that the shipment was tampered with and goods inside were stolen. This seems to be a common practice here as it has happened twice to me. Please check the conditon of the shipment before accepting it from Ecom Express Kottarakkara since it can be a major headache to get a refund once the delivery is completed.

0 stars. My shipment arrived on wednesday and they have not delivered. Waited for a few days and when I went to the warehouse to pick the item the box was opened and items worth 2000 were missing and the staffs said they can't do anything and asked me to leave and register a complaint for which I have not received any replies. It's been about a month now. Frauds.

Absolute worst service. Requested for a return pickup, but they cancel it every time for the last 10 days. Whenever they call they give some excuse like they will be coming today. They also rescheduled the pickup on behalf of me without asking me. EKart is way better in terms of service and employee behaviour.

This is the worst delivery/courier service I’ve seen in my life and really wish there was a no star rating option! A product I ordered reached their office, 3km away from my place on 3rd Feb. No communication from them and after two weeks they cancelled the order saying they couldn’t locate the address. If these incompetent people can’t even locate an address, I don’t understand why they are running a courier service. And maybe because of this kind of pathetic service, they’re not even providing a working contact number anywhere on the Internet. Please shut this down, and help the customers at least once. To all the other customers searching for ecom express, never ever approach them to send your courier and if you’re delivering something online and see ecom express as the courier partner, talk to the website customer care and change it to some other courier partner, you’ll thank me later.

But the delivery boy said due to more number of item he didn't picked up my package. Worst courier service I've ever seen. My delivery was not only delayed but not even a single call/message about the status of my delivery. The tracking status showed it has reached at Kotarakkara but wasn't delivered and I wasn't even contacted. When I called ecom customer care they said my shipment has been returned. All this without even informing the customer. They don't even deserve one star. Ecom express should shut this place. Waste of time.
