Behaviour was less than a 3rd class level. My parcel was not delivered at my address. When i received a text message from Ecom Express as like " Your ....Order .....was undelivered as the address was unlocatable". than i call to nearest ecom express and asking regading my order. than said me if your want to your parcel than you have to pay extra money as "registration fee". Service is not good and i request to all Online Seller Please don't send to any parcel through by Ecom Express. He want to extra money for delivered items.

Pathetic service of Ecom Express. In December 2021, I ordered a power bank worth ₹3000 from Xiaomi, and till date it did not get delivered, neither I received a refund from the company. In March 2022, I ordered two spectacles from Lenskart, out of which, one got delivered and the other one did not get delivered, yet they displayed that the product has been delivered. When raised a complaint, Lenskart claimed that I received the product. Pathetic services of Ecom Express and fed up of their services. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Ekdom third class service. I've ordered visiting card through VistaPoint. Cards got delivered and they sent back to Kaliabor station soon after they spoke with me asking whether I could receive my parcel from their office. After I confirmed that I would do so. See these stupids what they have done. It's been 3 days now since the parcel is arrived at station.
