This was the worst delivery experience which i ever had. The parcel was in the office was over a week and they didn't even bother to call me to inform on it. I've waited over a week and went directly to pick it and even then they were behaving as if nothing happened and it's not thief duty to deliver the courier.. So if anyone is in need of the parcel delivering through ecom express kuthuparamb, just directly go there and pick it and not wait for it

I prefer to put rating zero, If there is an option for it. Worst service, no professionalism. Keeping the product for many days without even attempting to deliver and pushing customers to collect it at their office, else simply they will send it back stating that addressee is not available. worst courier partner I ever seen ..... please avoid!
