I'm disappointed with their latest service. On the day, the parcel is to be delivered; I saw that it was out for deliver, but they failed to deliver. Later, that day 𝗜 𝗴𝗼𝘁 𝗮 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹 (from 𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗿) 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗼 be 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿ing 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗮 where I lived 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁, 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗶𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗼𝗸𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗱𝗮𝘆? I said, alright, fine, then, later, that evening, I open my shopping app and see in my orders, and the reason the parcel wasn't able to be delivered was because of "𝗣𝗔𝗬𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗜𝗦𝗦𝗨𝗘" which is entirely misleading. W𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗹 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱, I was ready with cash and you blamed me to save your reputation shame on you!
