Pathetic and poor service, in this competitive times this executive team is pulling down the goodwill of the company. Given single star only because of need to post the complaint against the executives. The executive told me to come and collect the courier from their office. Ordered item is 1pair shoes, even last month I ordered 1bicycle that itself got delivered in from of my office, quality less and irresponsible executive in delivery wing. 8th March received at station nearby and today they returned to seller, without any information to buyer. Spoiling the entire goodwill of ecom and amazon too. Why this type of persons are recruiting to this service industry? Irresponsible .........., please please don’t spoil or allow the goodwill of reputed service company by this foolish executives.........

Worst courier service experience!These people are so irresponsible and never care for the feelings of their customers. They even returned the product I ordered without my consent and that too after assuring delivery within two days, as they were busy with other courier deliveries.They never tried calling me once before returning the product, when I contacted them for an enquiry on this, they were like so silly and didn't even apologized for their mistake and never solved the issue. I really wish if the review page had a zero star option here.

The ecome staff told me that I could not do the home delivery of the product I had ordered through Flipkart. I bought the product because I saw that it was home delivery. He asked me to come and buy it. My friends have the same complaint about whether this is the right thing to do.

Worst experience, employees and customer care. No one called me on the three days the delivery was on due. No contact number was given. Every evening I used to get a message saying the address could not be located. I live in the main town near a major landmark. If these morons could not find that, they should have called me at least. But, they didn't. The customer care don't have any contact number of the agency. All in all, this agency is run by the idiots who have no idea of what they are doing. I have been at home the whole week for the product and now I understand that I am the real moron to believe in their words.
