On the very first day of scheduled delivery, the agent refused to pick up my calls and finally I got the message from Ecom stating that they didn't deliver my product as I was unavailable, while I was available but their agent was not. The same thing was repeated on the day on which they rescheduled my delivery, they continued to cut my calls without answering them and finally said they couldn't deliver it on that day. This time they didn't mention any reason of not giving me my product and just rescheduled the delivery on the next day and didn't deliver it to me even on the next day and their customer care was just as worthless as their services. They finally scheduled the delivery on the day after that but then also called up and said, they can't deliver it on that day as it was too remote for them while the location was on the main road only. They even threatened to cancel the order. When we refused that, they cancelled the order without any intimation and the reason shown was incorrect address while every other courier agent easily deliver there parcels in the same address.
