I didn't receive my parcel I waited for my order for three weeks, the courier did not call me and did not come, while there was a mark in the tracking about an unsuccessful attempt to deliver the parcel. After that, I got through to the transport company and their employee assured me that the order would be delivered the next day. Again, no one called me or came, although I was at home all the days. The transport company no longer picked up the phone, did not answer my e-mail. Three days later they sent my order back to the seller.

I wish I could give them 0 review. They do not attempt delivery at all. I had to visit them after 3 days my order was just lying with them. Upon asking why they did not attempt delivery. They said they have no staff. My fellow known people also have same complaints. Worst service

If I could give stars worse than 1, I would, probably in the negatives. Got my parcel stuck here from Amazon for days. They wouldn’t deliver it saying my postal code wasn’t updated whereas it was, and I receive 100’s of parcels every month on that same address. They were unresponsive and didn’t care about customer service at all. Just pathetic service and one of the worst, ever.

This is the worst courier company i have ever encountered! They delayed my order by 10 days, eventually leaving it undelivered. Morever the delivery guy never respond to the calls. Sick of it.

One of worst courier experience not cooperative with costumers and don't deliver the parcel on time, I have to go 4 times in the office to collect the parcel still there was delayed in delivery from Verna Goa warehouse..
