Very very very poor services... They are not delivering the goods at our location even it's a pocket size small item. You should go and collect the item from their location... And few peoples sit this like US president. Don't try this ridiculous courier. Not sure about your item... Even you go their to collect. The parcel may b opend or damaged. The number 1 worst service in the world.. they are opened an office to cheat people's.

Extremely poor service and negligence.. Terrible employees.. don't expect them to deliver our product they make a vague attempt and return your orders. No contact number available as well for further enquiry. Avoid their service if possible.. I have requested not to use ecom service to all online shopping sites i use because all the orders through ecom end up this terrible agency and it's a hassle dealing with them

Thoroughly disappointed. Our packet had reached at their centre early, 5 days before the last date. Everyday their message came that they are attempting to deliver and at the end of each day delivery was cancelled. Finally we had to go and collect it from their centre, 3 days past the promised last date. In total more than a week was wasted by this irresponsible service provider.

They are the worst delivery service I have ever witnessed with Amazon. They keep on updating out for delivery, but not a single time their delivery was attempted. Never calls the customer to even try to deliver. Their customer executive is the most pathetic thing one can think of. If you ever have any amazon delivery planned via ECOM express, be ready to order a new one from elsewhere if you want the product. Very terrible of amazon to use such services for amazon fulfilled products. Experience with 2 purchases on Amazon which is delivered with Ecom Express. Also Amazon isnt helpful here as they can only give instructions to the carrier to attempt a delivery. Such irresponsible and unprofessional carriers. If i ever have a delivery with Ecom via Amazon again, i will cancel the product right away to save my time and energy contacting all the stupid customer services.

Your service was totally disgusting. Your staff (parcel service with whom you have tie up) never cared or rather bothered to deliver the package on time despite the recurring "out for delivery" status. And the product remained there for a fortnight after which I personally incurred expenses to reach the office and get it directly. I pay the money you ask and this is what I get in return. I filed many complaints, I rang them several times yet they were unwilling and rather too proud to be caught by higher authority. They were not ready to incur expenses related to the delivery and asked me to file an complaint if I need. This was a bloody nasty thing from your part. Utterly disgusting and extremely dissatisfied with your dealings.

ECom Express delivery is very fast and they reach at our exact address. My place is far from ranni. Still they come to my place without delay, the same day when the package reaches to ECom Express. Prompt delivery. Keep it up. I thought of writing this review because Blue dart ranni doesnt deliver at most places and the package needs to be collected self. My brother's parcel was sent through blue dart. They didn't inform us through message that package has arrived. We were thinking it will be delivered. But it was lying there for one week and when we personally went there they told it was there and delivery not possible to our area.
