Bahat ghatiya servicing hey ecom ki. Maine ek month pehle return request ki thi par abhi tak delivery boy ne picked up nhi kiya, phir marina product side mein complaint kiya 3/4 din, aur aaj bhi msg aya ki product picked up hoga par abhi tak delivery boy ne contact nhi kiya .

The delivery boy doesnt pickup reverse orders within 3 days and also they cannot be contacted directly. After complaining many times the delivery boy came buy he left without taking the return parcel and without waiting. This is ridiculous!
