Total fraud and unethical people running this service. Please do not hand over your valuable package to these guys as it may be lost or may not reach on time. I booked a package to be delivered to Himachal. They charged ₹550 for express shipping and promised delivery within 3 days at the time of booking. This was a lie in hindsight. No payment receipt was provided. Even after 4-5 days there was no delivery and no tracking. I called them like 50 times but no body answered the call. Finally they answered the call after 3 days but no assuring answer on delivery. They talk unprofessionally and cut you in the middle. Package was returned back from Haryana and then they shipped again and was finally delivered within 9 days as opposed to 3 days. I asked for refund of amount between standard and express shipping as there was huge delay but denied.

Suraj ,the manager of DHL Express in Pushkar is very friendly and competent, suggested how to send a parcel to our country(Austria) and within 12 days (although at Diwali festival) we got delivered the parcel.Thank you Suraj, good Job!!!
