One of the worst services I had. They will not inform you even when they can't deliver. I had to track on their website and guess where this could be. One of the worst experience. Just because this irresponsibly people wont choose Blue dart

They won't even call you once they recieved your item. They mostly say silly reasons like they can't deliver to your address location, there's no person left for delivery, distance is more etc etc and will ask you to come and collect the item from their office even though the distance is 500 meters. Pathetic service and unprofessional persons who sits there for the name sake. Customers should ban Blue Dart and should make use of other parcel/courier services to avail better service. -NBA- Never BLUEDART Again

Visited here to send my passport to VFS global Chennai after booking an appointment online via VFS global web forum. The pick-up was scheduled for the next day after the booking. The employee's attitude was polite and helpful.

They just hold my package everytime in their office for 3-4 days and in tracking info they give reasons like "consignee out of station" brother, u didn't even call me or attempt the delivery. Honestly just sue them
