They don't deliver parcel at the address and call n tell to collect parcel from some random place whick is kms away from delivery address.. the owner is pathetic and ill mannered guy .. doesn't know how to talk to customers..worst courier company .. These people are very worst in service , the delivery boy named Abhi Mehra refused to deliver parcel . No prior intimation was given . When I contacted him he was very rude and disrespectful. If u people cannot deliver parcel , then your delivery services should be closed.

Wish I could gave negative rating. The owner is a very reluctant and arrogant kind of guy. He refused to deliver my package to my place. When I made arrangements for him to deliver the package closer to his office proximity, he again refused to deliver on the doorstep. He told me he would leave the package on some random shop in th market and I should collect my stuff from there. He clearly told me that it is not his responsibility to deliver the package to me and he would return my package stating the customer refused to take the delivery.
